Grain sorghum is arguably the most nutritious grain on the planet.
Complex carbohydrates and high fiber gives sorghum a low glycemic index. Use the whole grain in place of rice or quinoa.
With it's deep fibrous roots, grain sorghum is less taxing on the soil and canĀ even help rebuild organic matter. We raise our food organically but are not certified.
Farm gate sales include chicken and duck eggs, Thanksgiving heritage turkeys, and garden vegetables in season.
